How to Request a Home Visit

Home visits are only made for patients who are housebound or are too ill to come to the surgery.

Home visits are very time consuming so, if you can, always come to the surgery where your doctor has access to the full range of medical facilities.

However, if you feel you do need a home visit then please ring the surgery before 10:30 to enable the doctor to plan his/her rounds.
